A 210-unit luxury condominium complex sits one block south of the Chicago North River Branch and overlooks Niles Golf Course. The design maximizes river and Golf Course views and provides every unit with a balcony, terrace or roof garden.

The objective of this project was to cut energy costs by building new residential complex out of sustainable materials. The designs were to incorporate southern exposure, with complete wall insulation,and rooftop solar panels.
