Archview Condominiums were designed for a site bordering Evanston and Rogers Park to be a unique mixed-use building. The Building is a 35,222 square feet, with two commercial of-ficeson ground floor, and 18 multi-family residential units and 2 penthouses. This building features roof top gardens, patios, and ornate arched screens that create a band-shell enclosed for the building.
